Car
Collection Services were
one of the early players in the personal import market of recent years,
collecting cars for a wide range of customers and carrying out the full
DVLA registration procedure. Most of our clients entrusted to us the
entire delivery process, from initial collection of a car anywhere in
Europe, registration with the DVLA, supply and fit of vehicle number
plates, a pre delivery valet and the final hand over of the car to the
end user. The full process takes typically two to three working weeks
from our receiving the order to final delivery of a fully registered
vehicle.
UK transport, storage and distribution
The
UK operation has nearly 60
years experience of moving all types of vehicles all over the UK. With
a larger fleet than the European operation, we have the capacity to
cater for all of your needs. Customers need not have the expense of
maintaining their own compound with our large storage facilities in
Chester and London, providing safe and secure storage with full
insurance included, yours to use as and when you require.
Our
aim is to achieve the
highest standards of care and quick turnaround schedules, yet keeping
our prices competitive so that our customers can easily maximise their
profits.
Vehicle
Collection and Delivery
We have vehicles operating all over the UK and into France, Belgium,
Holland, Germany and Ireland. We can arrange collection for any volume
of vehicles. Prices can be given per vehicle loaded or per truck.
Trucks and drivers are also available for hire from us on a daily or
weekly basis.
Our
Fleet
Our fleet of over 20 transporters can handle all of your needs. We have
transporters for any event, from single car movements to full loads of
twelve cars on one truck. Our vehicles are regularly maintained at our
own workshop facility in Chester, all to the manufacturer standards.
Covered
Vehicle Transport
Our fleet also includes covered trailers for high value and sensitive
loads. Again single or multi-car trailers are available.

Plate Deliveries
Our team of experienced trade plate drivers can collect and deliver
single vehicles anywhere in the UK.
Secure
Storage
Facilities in Chester and London Colney. Our facilities have security
systems in place and all cars are fully insured whilst in our care.
DVLA
Import and Registration Service
We know how registering a newly imported car can be a minefield. With a
little information from you we can handle all aspects of registration.
It usually takes just a few days, and you won't have to stand in a
queue at your local DVLA office just to be confused by the jargon.

Valeting
and Pre-Delivery Inspections
When a car is to be delivered to an end user, a pre-delivery valet
ensures the car is delivered in showroom condition. We are also able to
perform pre-delivery inspections to the same exacting standards than if
it were carried out by a dealership.
Tracking
System
A 'state of the art' vehicle tracking system linked to our office
computers ensures that we always know exactly where our trucks are at
any time, which enables us to keep our customers up to date with their
delivery schedules…
Competitive
Rates
We have always strived to provide the best possible service at the
lowest cost. Our keen prices are available to the general public as
well as traders, but substantial discounts are available for bulk
movements.
Insurance
We carry full goods in transit insurance which will cover loss or
damage in any event, whether a vehicle is in storage at one of our
compounds or loaded on a truck (including when the truck is on a ship).
It is always worth checking that any carrier has goods in transit
insurance. Many companies run without insurance unless specified by the
client.
